Action Taken: Grade IIIA

In the PYP, students are encouraged to 'take action' as an outcome of their learning. During activity on case studies on our ongoing unit "Human migration is a response to challenges, risks and opportunities," two of my students, Sravya and Zara came up with two wonderful short skits with scripts.
Mr. Ramesh, our drama faculty helped our children to perform the skit and it was simply superb. An action starts with small, student driven, spontaneous connections to learning that is happening in the classroom.
Kudos to these kids!
Sravya's Reflection: I wrote a script for a skit about a person named Ethan going to China. It is all about the risk that he came cross when he migrated.I enjoyed a lot and liked it when I was writing the lines for the characters.
