Grade 3A: Field Trip to Mudfort Government School

A very excited and enthusiastic bunch of Grade 3A students had a Field Trip to Mudfort Government School to meet the NGO which took over two of the classes in that school.

As our ongoing unit was on "Rights and Responsibilities," students wanted to inquire more on the right to education. The students discussed these questions: “Who takes care of the children?” “Who will help all the children to enjoy this right?” After the discussion, we all decided to visit the school to know how these organizations help children.

Ms. Archana helped our students to know about the responsibilities of the Non-Governmental Organizations; later, they had a talk with the Grade 3 children in that school and gifted them some story books as a token of love.

It was a very informative and fun-filled trip — the students enjoyed the interactive session and bombarded them with a lot of questions to which they answered with the utmost patience. We all thanked Ms. Archana and her students for spending their valuable time with us.
