Fitness and Endurance Tests

Students of all Grades are undergoing Fitness and Endurance tests as a part of their Annual Assessments. Students are being tested for speed (30 meters run), broad jump for lower body strength, medicine ball throw for upper body strength, 1-min abs for abdominal strength, and so on. Sports not only enhance specific skills but also promote fitness and healthy living.
