MPYPH Workshop on Day 2

MPYPH workshop was engaging for the teachers in the sense that it involved teachers in a variety of activities, games, and presentations. The session started with collecting reflections about the previous day’s session. The teachers learnt about the Diamond ranking of the profiles; they also saw a video about 21st century teacher:  Do you want to be a teacher or an educator?

Drafting essential agreements in class rooms was also looked at. Teachers were engaged in a fun activity of making a tower using spaghetti, marsh mallows and a piece of thread. A lot of attributes could be taught by simple activities like these.

Towards the end, teachers were engaged in drawing or expressing themselves based on the 12 attitudes like independence, empathy, confidence, enthusiasm and so on. So, Day 2 was truly fun and useful.
