Guest Lecture on Endangered Animals

To enrich PP II ongoing Unit “Animals,” one of our parents extended his helping hand, by volunteering for a Guest Lecture. Mr. Madallapalli, visited OIS, Einstein campus on 21st of November.
The class was informed about the guest lecture, but his identity was kept as a surprise. Our student ‘Suhaan’ was thrilled to see his father as the guest. Our guest started the session by warm interaction with the kids, each student introduced themselves.
Mr. Madallapalli projected an interesting PPT about endangered animals. Children were completely engrossed in the interesting visuals of those animals which are facing high risk of becoming extinct because it is either few in numbers, or threatened by changing environmental or predation parameters
Towards the end children were reflecting on the PPT shown by asking questions about environment hazards etc. The session ended with our guest giving chocolates to the children.
Also, our children gave a special “Thank You” hand shake to the guest.
