Team Building Workshop

Success comes to an individual, but the process of success consists of a group of people supporting that individual/company. Oakridge being a pioneer in the field of education committed to produce responsible, creative global citizens believes that this is possible only with a strong team work and so the school consistently works towards training teachers.

One such workshop was- 'Team Building' by Ms. Revathi Turaga. It started with an interesting activity focused on remembering names of the team members in a sequence connecting each name with an adjective which starts with the first letter of their name. The workshop consisted of different activities targeted at building trust, confidence and empathy among the team. All the teachers could connect these activities to different situations they had faced. At the end of the workshop everyone addressed others with a thank you note passing on a woollen thread to each other and created a safety web.
