Janmashtami Celebrations in Pre-Primary

Janmashtami was celebrated with sheer joy and enthusiasm in Pre-primary classes. Children from Nursery to Grade I, attired fantabulously as Radha and Krishna, joined together and added color to the celebration.

The order of the programme commenced with a welcome note to the parents along with a beautiful flower bouquet.

Our tiny-tots of Nursery and PP 1 presented a beautiful dance on “Woh Kisna Hai” and others kids of PP 1 and 2 also gave a soul-touching performance on different songs of Gopala. They won hearts of all by their heartwarming roles of Krishna and Gopies.

Special ‘Matkie’ was prepared which was later broken by ‘Kanha’ and his friends together. A beautiful ‘Jhula’ was tied in the hall with little Kanha sleeping quietly. Sweets were distributed to all the kids. The birth of Sri Krishna is celebrated with much gaiety and fervor.

“True Janmashtami is when Krishna takes birth in our hearts" and for that we need to purfiy our hearts.
