Workshop at Australia International School, Singapore, attended by SI Unit Incharge, Mrs. A Pushpalata.

The theme of the workshop was Creating Inclusive Class rooms access for all students in the PYP/MYP years (special needs). The workshop was organized by the IB Regional office for Asia Pacific. It was held at Australia International School in Singapore for three days from August 9th to 12th.

IB supports inclusive practices that all students can learn. Inclusivity policy is very important says Mrs. Marcia (IB. Professional Development).

Concepts like- Students Learner Profile, Differentiated learning, Collaboration, Assessment and reporting, ICT as means of access, were covered in three days. It was an excellent experience where all the participants shared their experiences and carried a lot of learning to be implemented to see that “NO Child is left behind”.
