Yoga Kaushal Pradarshan

"Yoga is a light, which once lit, will never dim. The better you practice, the brighter the flame."

Yoga Mahotsav was organised at Einstein campus today as Yoga with children offers many possibilities to exchange wisdom, share good times, and lay the foundation for a lifelong practice that will continue to deepen.

Children live in a hurry-up world of busy parents, school pressures, difficult lessons, video games, malls, and competitive sports. We usually don't think of these influences as stressful for our kids, but often they are. Yoga can help counter these pressures. When children learn techniques for self-health and relaxation, they can navigate life's challenges with a little more ease. Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity.

Students from grades I - V performed various asanas and audience was enthusiastically watching the show. Tremendous efforts and hard work put in by Yoga teacher, Mr. Manas Sahu was undoubtedly showing up in the performance of the students.
